Our Policies

When you come to Studio 312 Salon, we want you to feel comfortable and at ease throughout your appointment. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all of our guests, and to do so, we ask that you respect your surroundings and your fellow clients as well as our stylists when you’re at the salon.

Our passion to make you happy is what makes us different from other salons and is the primary reason our clients remain so loyal to our team.

Cancellation policies

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance. We do not charge for late cancellations, however we will make note and may restrict your access in the future. We do this out of respect for our stylists’ and clients’ time.



Please be on time for your appointment or notify us if you are running late so we can adjust our schedules accordingly. We do not charge late fees, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if you are more than 30 minutes late.



Prices listed on our website are base rates. The final rate will be determined at the salon based on your hair length and condition, stylist level, and desired outcome.


Guests & Children

We have limited seating available for children or guests in our salon. Please do not bring anyone with you who is not receiving a service that day.
