Rachel Presnell is a stylist and educator with over a decade of experience providing high-quality services to meet all of your beauty needs. She opened Studio 312 Salon with the intention of creating not just a great place for clients to get a service, but also an amazing place for stylists to create their art, grow their skillset, and provide an extraordinary guest experience. 

She believes the consultation is the foundation of any great salon experience as that’s where goals are uncovered, a plan of action is strategized, and trust is earned. 

Behind the chair, Rachel specializes in several methods and techniques of coloring and cutting hair such as balayage, foiling, dry cutting, and painting the hair. She has multiple Certifications in Color, Keratin, and has worked with the biggest and best brands in the industry. 

When Rachel is not behind the chair performing services or teaching classes she is traveling in her role as Senior Manager for Matrix. This affords her the opportunity to share her ideas and passion for hair with her industry peers throughout the Southeast. 

Maintaining the integrity of the hair and honesty with her clients is always first and foremost the top priority! 

At the end of the day, Rachel believes that beauty comes from within as well as from the experiences we share with others. Your happiness is the main goal ALWAYS!

Raquel is a healthy hair enthusiast from New Jersey with over 25 years’ experience providing services for multicultural clients with vast spectrums of hair textures.

Raquel is adamant about ensuring the health of the hair/scalp and educates clients about at home haircare between salon visits. She takes pride in providing service excellence with an unforgettable salon experience.

Raquel consistently completes continuing education and training to stay up to date with new trends, products, and techniques.

Specialties include but are not limited to healthy hair care, customized color, precision cuts, silk-press, and natural hair styles.

Addy LeCentra is another local and has over 10 years of experience in the hair and makeup industry. Addy specializes in multiple areas of color, bridal hairstyles, and makeup. She is also a master educator for Aveda Institute in Orlando. Addy is a Legacy Hairstylist which means she comes from a family of hairstylists and grew up in the business. It’s that unique upbringing that allows Addy to be so well versed in multiple categories in the beauty industry that most newer stylists haven’t experienced. (Yes, folks Addy can even give you a Perm!) Addy believes that “The only way to do great work is to love what you do!” When Addy isn’t doing hair or teaching, she’s enjoying quality time with her two children which are the loves of her life.

Emerald Fairman is a local, born and raised in this area. From a young age, she always knew that not only did she not want to fit in, but she also wanted to help others stand out confidently as well. She focuses on making sure you’re pleased with every aspect of your appointment, starting with an in-depth consultation, through the mind-blowing scalp massage, all the way through to the end during your photo session afterward. Emerald’s name should be a dead giveaway since she LOVES fun colors and working with Vivids. As a professional Emerald knows that the best way to achieve those long-lasting bright colors, is to have a clean even blond canvas. Prepping hair for funky hues is how Emerald became so well versed in all things blonding. The most important step of blonding you ask? Well, that’s maintaining the integrity of that hair, which she delivers every time. Emerald can’t wait to see you in her chair!

Jessica Jordan moved from New York two years ago and has fallen in love with all things Florida! When she’s not doing hair, she’s sneaking off adventuring with her family to discover new parts of the state. As a mother of three, Jessica knows how hard it can be to maintain self-care, as well as how important it is. You can bet you’ll leave your hair appointment not only looking good but feeling super relaxed as she has the most calming and welcoming demeanor you’ve ever seen…even though she drinks a bucket of coffee every morning. Jessica believes you should trust the timing of your life, as well as the timing of your lightener.

Brittany has always had a love for all things beauty! As a teen, she loved saving money from babysitting to splurge on the next hair or makeup product she had her eye on. The New Jersey native moved to Central Florida after attending art school to work in the theme parks in 2014. While there she met her fiance, who was incredibly supportive when she said she wanted to pursue a career in the beauty industry, having missed being able to tap into her creativity and eye for color. She loves that through cosmetology she can now combine her innate artistic ability with her love of making someone’s day. When you’re in her chair, you can be certain that her hospitality will have you feeling right at home, and you’ll leave feeling your absolute best!
